Jason spent his early years running from the call of God while pursuing success in the engineering field. After a supernatural encounter with the Lord, he left his engineering career in 1998 to train for ministry at Rhema Bible Training College in Broken Arrow, Oklahoma.

Upon graduating from Bible school and carrying a strong desire to minister to the nations, Jason returned to his hometown of Murrysville, Pennsylvania, where he helped his family on the farm while walking through new opportunities the Lord opened before him. In 2004, the Lord opened a great and effectual door, leading him to India, where the need for skillful ministers of the Word was significant.

As ministry opportunities expanded, Jason taught in Bible schools, ministered in churches and conferences, preached in open-air meetings, and participated in evangelistic outreaches throughout India. The harvest was truly plentiful, but the laborers were few. During his travels and ministry work in India, the Lord gave him a vision to establish a Bible school in Shillong. After several trips, the Lord instructed him to purchase a one-way ticket.

Through divine appointments, Jason met his beautiful wife, Diang, and they were married in 2005. India became their home, where they raised their four children and built a life deeply rooted in ministry. Over time, both the ministry work and relationships formed there became increasingly strong.

In 2011, an opportunity opened for Jason to be involved in the startup of Rhema Bible Training College Shillong. There, he served as Dean, taught within the school, and later became Director. His responsibilities expanded into leadership and teaching roles for Rhema schools throughout India.

Throughout these years, Jason continued extensive ministry travel across India, and his work reached parts of Southeast Asia. He discipled many believers to become skillful in the Word of righteousness and encouraged Christians to move in the gifts of the Holy Spirit.
